Details:
This bug affect the buiding time of your ships. After test it with other player that haven't
this problem and after read the excellent support coment (i joke of course)... i confirm this bug.
I have my Shipyard at lvl 18 Nanite Factory lvl3, my building time is the same as a Shipyard lvl16
